On-line proceedings of the conference will be available.
The notification of acceptance for abstract (following a peer-ti-peer review process) will include guidelines for the final form preparation.
At least one of the authors of accepted papers should register and present, otherwise the papers will be removed from the proceedings after the conference.
Some of the presented papers will be selected to be published in ISI-indexed Journals, as Control Engineering and Applied Informatics.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstract submission will be open on the conference webpage until July 30 for the registered participants. The abstract should be written in English not exceeding 250 words. Abstract confirmation will be sent until August 30, 2023.
The abstracts will be published in a conference volume at the Publishing House of the Romanian Academy.

PAPER SUBMISSION
Paper submission is optional and will be opened after the conference. At least one of the authors of the submitted papers should register and present the work, otherwise it will be removed from the conference volume. The notification of acceptance for submitted papers (following a peer-review process) will include guidelines for the final form preparation.
Based on the quality, feedback during the conference and author interest, some of the presented papers will be selected to be published in ISI-indexed Journals, such as Control Engineering and Applied Informatics (http://www.ceai.srait.ro/index.php?journal=ceai).
Authors are invited to submit papers written in English. All submissions will be reviewed, based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. The International Program Committee will select the contributions after a rigorous peer-review process.
Please send your paper(s) in IEEE format (template available here), not exceeding 8 pages, as PDF files.
For papers with multiple authors, the contact person must be indicated. The conference uses a platform for paper submission. During the submission phase, please select the main topics related to your paper, specify the full name for all authors and include some keywords.

Registration fee for the conference is 100 Euro for regular participants, and 60 Euro if members of one of the organizing societies.
Master students, PhD students and postdoctoral fellows’ registration fee is 40 Euro, and 25 Euro if members of one of the organizing societies.

The Registration Fee is paid by the presenting author, and substitutions of presenters are discouraged, especially across academic positions (e.g. substitute a trainee for the advisor). A scanned proof of the payment will be needed.
