The aim of 4th International Conference on Neuroscience, Neuroinformatics, Neurotechnology

PROCEEDINGS
On-line proceedings of the conference will be available.
The notification of acceptance for extended abstract (following a peer-ti-peer review process)
will include guidelines for the final form preparation.
At least one of the authors of accepted papers should register and present, otherwise the paper
will be removed from the proceedings after the conference.
Some of the presented papers will be selected to be published in WOS-indexed Journals,
as Control
Engineering and Applied Informatics.
SUBMISSION
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Extended abstract (between 2-4 pages including references) submission will be open until the extended deadline. Abstract confirmation will be sent until October 15th, 2026.
After the review process authors of selected extended abstracts will be invited to submit the final version that will be published in a conference volume at the Publishing House of the Romanian Academy. The notification of acceptance will include guidelines for the final form preparation.
At least one of the authors should register and present the work, otherwise the submission will be removed from the conference volume.
Based on the quality, presentation, feedback during the conference and author interest, authors of selected presented papers will be invited to submit extended version be published in ISI-indexed Journals, such as Control Engineering and Applied Informatics (http://www.ceai.srait.ro/index.php?journal=ceai).
All submissions will be reviewed, based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. The International Program Committee will select the contributions after a rigorous peer-review process.
For papers with multiple authors, the contact person must be indicated.
The conference uses a platform for paper submission. During the submission phase,
please select the main topics related to your paper, specify the full name for all authors and
include some keywords.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fee for the conference is 100 Euro for regular participants, and 60 Euro if members of one of the organizing societies.
Master students, PhD students and postdoctoral fellows’ registration fee is 40 Euro, and 25 Euro if members of one of the organizing societies.
The Registration Fee is paid by the presenting author, and substitutions of presenters are discouraged, especially across academic positions (e.g. substitute a trainee for the advisor). A scanned proof of the payment will be needed.
